Taking majestic steps into the cutting edge of design and technology with a Mayor who wants the best of the best. Kudos to the initiative for invention while solving problems concurrently. Is it for the press and potential Olympics in 2016? Maybe. But who cares. It's a winner either way. This is why Chicago is the greatest city in the USA (in my humble opinion).
